Why Mothers Love To Blend

Before
After

Our mission: No plastic touching your baby’s food.

Babies’ developing bodies can be more sensitive to certain chemicals (1). Some chemicals used in plastics can move into food and drinks, and heat can increase that release (2). Laboratory testing has also found chemical release from some products labeled BPA-free (3).

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends choosing glass or stainless steel food containers when possible to help reduce exposure (2).

That guidance helps explain our focus on materials. Our Steam & Blend and Steam & Blend Touch feature glass bowls and metal lids for preparing homemade baby food. Our goal is to make thoughtful food preparation easier for parents, one little meal at a time.
